RJB Machining interview questions

Very easy process - No HR present, just two supervisors. Test basic knowledge of machining to see how experienced you are. Cheap attempts to low ball starting wages. If you are hurting for a job then they will take advantage of that and offer a low salary: $12-$13/hr for CNC Operators and $17/hr for Machinists. That should give you a better understanding of what you are getting yourself into from the start. Wages go up after 3 months - $16/hr cap on Operators and about $22/hr for Machinists. Full benefits after 3 months.
