I had a phone interview and then went in person to shadow and interview with two of the managers. I had a great experience and the culture seemed upbeat and friendly.

Interview
It was really smooth, did a little bit of shadowing beforehand. Was able to sit in on their daily morning meeting, and after that I went and shadowed another employee. After shadowing for about an hour I was called in for the interview.

Interview
Lots of in depth questions about personal life, experience, motivations, etc. The interviewers were nice but intense. It is only one interview followed by a shadowing in the office. Most people who make the shadowing get the job.
