I interviewed for the position in Tokyo at Boston Career Forum.
First, I had a Skype interview with a talent acquisition. It was just a casual interview. The interviewer asked me basic questions like why recruitment consultant, why RGF, what other companies I am interviewing with and what stage of interviews I am with those companies.
Second, I had a face-to-face interview with a manager of an industry. This time, the interviewer was looking for sales ability and personal attributes such as: where my motivation comes from, if I can handle rejection, if I am a likable person and so on.
And then, I had another interview with a director of an industry. At this point, the interviewer was checking my understanding of the job as a recruitment consultant, along with other questions like why I want to become a recruitment consultant.
Lastly, in the final interview, I needed to do a presentation about the company and myself. It was not hard but you really need to know about this job and how you can be an asset for the company.
Within a week, I received and offer letter from RGF.
Overall, people I have met though the interviews were very friendly and nice people. They were there to understand more about me and created a casual and positive atmosphere where it is easier for you to speak about yourself and ask questions about the company.
