We were surprised to hear that you did not have a positive interview experience. The overall feedback we typically receive is very positive especially regarding being greeted when coming into our office space. We make every effort to present ourselves in an authentic and comfortable manner when conducting interviews in hopes that candidates will feel relaxed! We understand that our work environment isn't for everyone and regret that the nerf darts were not received well. Creating a work environment that encourages some lighthearted fun is important to our employees and hopefully makes their workday which can be stressful more enjoyable.
