It was over the phone. Non formal. No hard questions. They needed help in reservations and a friend had told me that eventually I may be able to get a marketing position which I did.

Question 1
How comfortable am I handling guests and customer service/hospitality tasks. I honestly cannot remember much of the questions. They weren't particularly difficult since I was applying for a rocket scientist position.
