Interview
They are very accomodating and the exam and interview is great. They will tell how the process will be and how much time it will consume. They will also guide you in every process especially in the exam. The exam is a little bit long but its not that hard plus they will also let you register in their online registration.

Interview
My interview process was smooth and painless. I went through a one-on-one phone screen and a skype conference call with a few directors and managers. Both my interviews stayed pretty high level. Be sure to research the company thoroughly before interviewing, it helps if you understand the products well.
