Interview
There were several rounds to the interview. First I went to a career event where I learned more about the company and interviewed one-on-one with a Sales Lead. Then, I was invited back for a group interview. The group interview lasted several hours and entailed activities that demonstrated your ability to work as a team.
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
