The interview was a half hour phone call where we went over my resume and experience. She asked relevant and strait forward questions and even though I didn't receive an offer, I get the impression that the company knows what they are looking for and won't waste your time if they don't feel like it's a good fit. I did ask for feedback post interview, but unfortunately didn't receive a response.

Describe a difficult obstacle you've encountered and how you resolved it.
Had a great interview and team seems like a good one to be apart of! Unfortunately, they are misleading with communication and dialogue. I was told at the end of my interview I would be going onto the next round. Once I sent my thank you letter the next morning thanking them for interviewing me and looking forward to continuing the process, I was told I was not moving forward. Would have just preferred to be told I would hear back if moving forward.
