I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RE/MAX (Randolph, NJ) in May 2014
Interview
It was a simple process and the interviewer was essentially trying to recruit you. Because you are an agent and brokers make money off your sales, they want to impress you more than wanting to be impressed.
Fairly easy and straight forward. Like all real estate offices they welcome new people. With ReMax it more geared to agents with experience. It has more to do with if your a good fit with the group.
