RCK Partners Software R&D Engineer interview questions

Took too much time which could have been avoided with a quick decision. Overall process took 2 months and 4 rounds- First round was a formal discussion with the recruiter, second was a technical round, third they gave and assignment to complete and the final round with the head of consulting which was in person. but they took a week after each round to respond and sometimes I had go behind them to ask about updates. It was a huge waste of time for me which I could have invested in different opportunities.
