Interview
The interview process was straightforward and focused on basic job responsibilities. First, I filled out an application online/in person. Then I was contacted for a brief phone screening. After that, I had an in-person interview with a warehouse supervisor who asked about my work experience, physical stamina, ability to lift heavy items, and availability for shifts. They also explained safety protocols, warehouse layout, and expectations. The process was quick and professional, and I received a job offer shortly after.
