Interview
I would say fairly standard. I was asked about my qualifications, and prior experience. I was asked why I believed I would be a good fit. I actually called the property to see if they were hiring, the manager had me come in for an interview the next day (Friday) and on Tuesday I received my offer documents. Very quick process!

The Austin, TX area has a lot of growth coming for this company and I was asked if I were interested in promotion or relocation opportunities in the future.
It was an easy interview process - I really enjoyed talking with the team in detail about their goals and plans for properties in the greater Atlanta Georgia metro area and how we can make great communities!
