This was the worst experience I have ever had in an interview process. Starting with an HR person who states she has a degree but her grammar is atrocious. They passed me to two low level HR people who in turn send me to a manager. In the course of the four month process, I received emails stating that they were eager to have me interview and come to New Jersey to meet with all these people that I had already spoken to on the phone and on skype with. I was told repeatedly that they were working on my flight arrangements. That never happened. I accepted another position in the meantime but wanted to see how far this company would act like this. I called Costco and was told by the head of their vendor management that they are about to drop Quten from their vendor rotation. So, I made the wise decision and it was a good thing, after being stroked that I was the only candidate that they were looking t hire, I get a badly copied and pasted rejection letter. I always wonder how companies set a pay structure for their front-line workers-----they wanted me to hire demo reps for $9 when most will not work for less than $12 per hour because of all the standing. They will not last,so again, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
