The interview process is like any other company, ask typical questions relevant to the work, behavioural questions which the management should look at themselves in the mirror. Apart from that, there some job related questions which they still not able to distinguish the knowledge and skills of the candidate, because they simply like to hire their friends and family instead of good candidates. The bottom line is, it not how good you are but are you their friends and family that matters.
