very easy, the regional boss interviewed me, after being interviewed by the revenue manager. it was a pretty standard interview. the revenue manager asked mainly about my familiarity with excel as that is what the use the most.Then it was random questions like, how will i manage irate customers, process parking tickets and she also gave me a brief look into the company. The revenue manager was very nice during the interview process as was the regional manager, but once i accepted the job things definitely changed
