Queensland Reds Rugby interview questions

I applied for the job after seeing it on a website, a week later I had a phone call from one of the managers asking for an appropriate time to have a phone interview which i arranged for 2 days later to allow myself a little time to prepare. From there it was the phone interview with the regular questions like "Why Queensland Rugby, why would you be a good fit, what would you do in this situation". a week later i received a call requesting a formal interview at QRU headquarters. There i sat face to face with the people who would later become my bosses for an interview that lasted approximated an hour and a half.
