The usual scheduling stuff. Coming to the phone interview, the interviewer was nice and calm. He even went over the time limit waiting for me to finish the problem. But their expectations are way over the roof. How do you expect a candidate to solve a Leetcode medium and hard problem both in just 45 mins? And that too, the questions were not like you can give hints. It's almost really hard to answer unless you've solved the question on Leetcode already. If you can solve a Leetcode medium and hard problem in 45 minutes on a phone call without solving before, then you should be interviewing for Google or Facebook. I believe they need to set their expectations straight.

I had two skype rounds. first round was okish. I didn't expect a call after that. But they did call me for a second round. Normally one would think if the second round goes good, the company will further your candidature. I absolutely nailed the second round. Answered all the three programming questions correctly and was sure that I will be called for f2f interviews. To my dismay, the next day, i get a mail saying that i am not being considered for the role anymore. This was very pathetic experience. I complained to the recruiter that what is the sense of taking second round if we aren't going to use its inputs. She had nothing to say. This was mid of this year. I had tried to interview with these guys some 3 years back as well. THat time, they had just sent me a programming question by email and asked me to submit the solution. I did, and never got any kind of response. Its like the solution and the email went to blackhole. NO response even after following up. Do not even consider interviewing here if you value peace of mind
