The process was quite easy, they just ask about your background,your experience and your availability and your visa status .Just be genuine during the interview and be your real self . By the time you gone to the interview stage rest assure you gonna get that job especially if you apply for janitor position job.Just my two cent but before you answer any questions please be wise with the wording that you are using you don't want anything to go wrong during your interview .Start to do internal monologue 1 week before your interview about any possible questions that gonna come out so that you are mentally prepare.
