First interview was done via video chat with the direct manager. All went well, and the interviewer was very lovely and kind. She has an awesome smile, and seems to always be happy. She only asked 2 or 3 very easy questions, and she did most of the talking. Second interview was onsite, and I met with 4 people (department team member, HR, executive over dept, and direct manager). The interview with the dept team member went well, and he was easy to talk to (he seemed like a cool guy). He asked some pretty standard questions like: what are your proudest work accomplishments and tell me a time you made a mistake/how did you learn from it, etc. The next person I met with onsite was the executive over the department, One of his first questions was, what did the other 2 team members tell you about the job description. Now, sometimes when I am interviewing, I might get nervous and have a complete mind blank. This is one of those cases where that happened. So, instead of directly answering the question, I referenced the job description and listed the duties I could recall. He then asked me, would you say the other 2 two members did not tell you the duties of this role, and I said, I wouldn't necessarily say that. He then asked me if I wasn't interested in the role, because I surely didn't seem interested. Now, this blew me away. I was already mind blanking , and now he accused me of not being interested. In retrospect, I should've just said I was a little nervous, and my thoughts weren't flowing freely. Needless to say, I was unable to recover from that. It just ruined the remainder of the process for me, but it quickly told me this wasn't a place I wanted to wok. I did stay, even though I desperately wanted to leave, and met with the other 2 interviewers. Lastly, the address on the company letterhead with the job description and their website are not correct. Be sure you get the correct address before going.
