Quark Expeditions interview questions

The interview process was disorganized. 30 mins prior to my 1st interview I received a call from the recruiter asking to reschedule because they had was a scheduling conflict. When I went to my first interview, the person running the interview had only been in the position and industry for 3 weeks and could not answer basic questions about the role. 10 mins later a team lead came into meeting, asked a couple of questions and then said "that's all I need to hear" and left the meeting. He was there for less than 5 mins. I was invited to a second interview which was much more professional. I was told they would contact me by the end of the week regardless of whether I was successful or not, as they were making a choice between less than a handful of candidates. I did not hear back from them or the recruiter after that. Very disappointing as I was extremely qualified for the role, and held the company in such high regard. Their lack of organization and respect did not leave a good impression on me, and I have since stopped offering their product to my clients.

Very Thorough. You are interviewed by a recruiter and then at least 2 interviews by a manager. Once done those interviews you can then also end up speaking to an employee, which is actually very helpful to the candidate. This is without a manager so the candidate can also understand the job from another coworker.
