Screening call with HR. Couldn't tell me anything about the position. Had a lot to say about company culture though and what a great job they were doing to develop it. Was told I'd hear back within a week but two weeks later got an email saying they decided to move ahead with another candidate. Doesn't make sense to me to have HR gate-keep a position they can't even talk about. Wast of time. Red flag IMO.
