Stage 1. Very informal. They simply want to know what you know about the company, why you want to join them, and if you are good at talking to people face-to-face.
Stage 2. If successful they will invite you for an assessment day where you are going to be shadowing another member of the company who will put you through tasks throughout the day - this is what they tell you to make you come for the second round.
What is the job about actually? Door-to-door business, approaching and disturbing people in the homes trying to persuade them to sign up to something (ex. charity). Of course, they do not tell you this at the first stage as it would probably put you off. They are in a constant search for people who they try to manipulate with promises that they will become managers in 12 months time. There are other, easier ways to become a manager in much bigger and better companies than this one without this outdated door-to-door technique that scares people off because no one will trust strangers at their doorstep asking you to give them your card details. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.
