Received a text and email very early in the morning from an incredibly unprofessional Quantix recruiter wanting to do an interview RIGHT THAT VERY MOMENT. I don't recall applying to Quantix, but had I applied, it would have been more than a month prior. It's really cute that the recruiter apparently felt only his time mattered and gave no regard to my schedule. It's been a month, guy. You don't get to dictate interviews on the fly. So, I responded to his email at a reasonable hour (I'm not texting a recruiter; what in the world is this nonsense?), and said I'd be happy to set something up to talk with him in the next few days. He never responded. Quantix, I suggest you audit what your recruiters are doing and how they're approaching prospective applicants. It's time to grow up and learn how to be professional. If this recruiter is indicative of what it's like working at Quantix, then I want no part of it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Quantix (Englewood, CO) in Jan 2010
Interview
I contacted the recruiter via email in response to a job posting. The recruited contacted me for a phone interview, which covered the job description, the skills they wanted, and my experience relevant to the position. The 1:1 interview with the recruiter was done in her office, very professional, covered information about the client and preparation for the client interviews. The client interviews were setup 2 days later, both phone and in person. Those interview were group interviews with potential co-workers and manager.
