I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quantiphi (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
I get a call from their HR in the USA. The process were too long. First round were with a solution architect person, and it went well, the second round and third round were with data scientists, architect solutions and HR, the fifth round were with one of the cofounder. The last were with the HR, and they were coming with a verbal offer. No official offer letter. The offer were too cheap, and the benefits were not good as well (10 paid days!!!!). My expectation regarding the interview process is to get a respectable offer.
I confirm that HR are very unprofessional, as many people mentioned in Glassdoor. Very poor culture and communication.
