The process consisted of an online written round of Aptitude, Data Interpretation etc. which is easy. But the real deal comes after that. To be precise they didn't have any idea on how to manage candidates based on the profiles they have applied for. So they segregated us into groups for a GD round where the topic was an abstract one. Many candidates including me cleared it. Then came the interview round where it was scheduled for two stages. The interviewer had no idea at all what she was asking and what answer she should expect. Worst attitude of HR was using slangs openly. Some interviewers were good but there was one girl who definitely didn't have any idea whatsoever. The first round of my interview didn't go so well, thanks to the intelligent girl who was taking mine. Then also I was shortlisted for the next round of interview for the next day. In the next day many candidates were there who didn't have been interviewed atleast once also. And some candidate got never the chance even. Such poor management.
