I Had a phone interview which lasted about half an hour and online tests to do at home. I was then invited to an Assessment day where I had an hour HR interview, an hour technical interview and then a 3 hour 'programming' test

What do you know about the clinical trial process?
Started off with a presentation that they ask you to give, There are 2 interviewers. They will ask you to introduce yourself and then asks questions about your CV. After that the will ask some competency questions.
