Employer saw my resume on line and asked me to com in for a scheduled interview ..Talked about what the job entailed along with what was expected of me ..At this a salary negotiation took place where I discoed my educational background and informed them that I had done my research concerning salary expectations. Agreement was reached and I started work a couple of days later
