Quality Manufacturing Systems interview questions

Two interviewers in a room asked me questions primarily focused around my interests and projects I was working on. They then asked me to describe a linked list structure. They finished the interview with a hypothetical question about how I would design a system to solve a problem they presented to me.

Received a phone call from a seemingly disgruntled lady, lots of sighing. She starts by telling me the original person that was supposed to interview me was too tired from working to do my interview. Ok, sure, but red flag #1. Then her first question asked about vaccination status and then we abruptly ended the call. Felt very disorganized and was a complete waste of time, call was maybe 2 minutes. Would not recommend to work for an employer like this.
