I applied online. One of their HR recruiters contacted me for an interview. I attended an interview later that week. I waited in the lobby for the interviewers to bring be back. The interview style was relatively informal. They asked me how my previous experiences would tie in to this position. They also asked about my management experience and style. We had a good conversation and I felt very confident that I would attain the position.
