Individual interviews and then a team interview. Opportunity to ask questions but no commitment to basic responses such as pto amounts or escalation frequency and processes. Approximately two weeks before an offer letter was supposed to be sent. The hr personnel was on vacation and then they rescinded the offer because I asked too many questions.

2 person panel that asked questions relative to the job position I was applying for. Since it was a Supervisor position, they asked questions relative to my leadership skills & abilities.
