I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Quadratic Insights
Interview
Interview was somewhat tricky.
Written test was completely logical.
Then technical written test on language of our interest but we had to implement the task.
Group discussion. It's based on our perception and thinking. They have shown some images and videos and asked us to comment on it.
Then interview started with personal and professional / educational background. Then went on to the projects we have done during course. Then about technologies of our interest.

Interview
The process was not good. The company refused to shell out the offer letter, once hearing the expected CTC.
The quality of interview was not great, wasn't asked good quality questions.
Major problem was a 2 year bond that HR was wanting to sign before the process, which is very regressive.
