      Marketing Intern Interview

      Jun 25, 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Borja
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Qroma (San Borja) in Mar 2026

      Interview

In the first round, they don't ask you the “typical” questions about your strengths and weaknesses, but rather questions designed to get to know you better, such as what you would do to solve a specific problem (real-world problems related to the position); in addition, there is a group exercise in which you have to solve a case study and present your findings. The second phase consists of a virtual interview with one person of the HR department, and finally, you'll have an interview with the department head.
