      I applied online. I interviewed at Qmee in Sep 2025

      The process involved several stages, including initial conversations, a 1-1 and panel interview, completion and presentation of a project assignment and an informal chat with senior leadership. I dedicated considerable time to preparing for each step and engaging thoughtfully throughout. I was informed that, after 2 interviews and a task, the final stage would be a conversation with senior leadership, who I was told was eager to meet me. The hiring team contacted me to request my availability, which I provided promptly. However, after sharing my availability, I did not receive any further communication. Despite following up multiple times, I was left without confirmation of the meeting, an update on the status of my application, or any formal closure. Given the time and effort invested in the process, the lack of follow-through and communication at the final stage was disappointing. Clear and timely communication—particularly at such a senior and advanced stage of the process—is essential to maintaining a positive candidate experience. I hope this feedback is constructive and helpful in strengthening the process for future candidates.
