I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qless (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2024
Interview
I was first contacted by the VP of Implementation to schedule a panel interview with her and several others across the Customer Success team. It was an hour long Zoom meeting that was both informative and conversational. Be prepared for typical introductions and situational/behavioral questions. It’s a smaller team and feels like they genuinely want to get to know you. Come prepared with questions of your own as well. I learned a lot and was able to share more about myself in this way. Following the panel interview, I was scheduled for another 45 minute Zoom call with the CEO. He’s a really nice, approachable guy who genuinely wanted to be a part of the hiring process and share valuable insights about the company. Overall it was a positive interview experience lasting about 3 weeks from initial meeting to receiving an offer.

Question 1
What project management tools and strategies to you use to stay on target during implementation?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qless (Pasadena, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
A third-party recruiter scheduled me a first round video interview with one of their senior SREs. Unfortunately, I never heard back until a couple weeks later and was informed that Qless had some sort of hiring halt because of C-level management changes. Qless seems like a cool company and I wish I will cross paths with this company again.
