Interview
I applied on 30th September and was the last day of application. After 3 days I received an online video interview on sonru to be completed within a week. But then on their page up date the deadline for application of customer service up to 12th October I think the applicant ware less. And my sonru interview were updated to 10 october, Surprisingly I received an event Invitation before doing sonru interview but I did sonru interview on that day. I chose first time slot because I thought this will be advantage too. Recruiters are fresh during morning and I surveyed those hired through event are one with early time slot.
I am waiting for the event on 19 October 2019, Dar es Salaam. Tanzania

There were total of 5 questions
But when the time of practice before start real interview the questions happen to be similar the 2 of them were similar to the practiced
Initially, Recorded Interview and after that, Video Interview with real recruiters. I got all the process online and got hired. Not too difficult, just needed to be clear and communicative.

How will you assist the deaf customer who is going to the wrong direction?
Via zoom 30 minutes with two managers in Poland and Doha. Easy process and great communication with both offices for the Inprocessing. They will assist with relocation (hotel/ flight reimbursement )
First they take a Phone call interview and if we proceed ahead, they will take an Online interview and lastly an offline interview. After that we have 6 months probation.
