Interview
I fly all the way from Malaysia to Taiwan to attend the interview & travelling of course . The hall is opened few minutes before 9 am & at exactly 9am a few Qatar airways cabin crew walked in to the hall. They greet everyone & did a briefing about how the day is going to passed. The crowd was HUGE. I stand for 5 hours ++ with my heels & it was very exhausting. (Tips: bring your comfortable sandals before wearing the formal shoes prior the CV drop .i saw many did that they even brought foldable small chairs!& it's okay to sit down on the floor nobody's going to judge you for that)& then I got to drop my cv at 2pm. (I arrived at 8:30am) . The Singaporean recruiter greet me& ask questions regarding my cv. I look forward to receive the invitation letter directly from her but unfortunately I didn't. I think they just want to hire taiwanese that's why they come to Taiwan to do the recruitment. (Tips: just wait for them to do recruitment in your own country don't bother yourself going abroad just to attend open day interview)
It was smooth and well-organised, so I had a good experience. You should know the basics of your job to answer the questions. The company itself is so professional. Although there was a 2-3 minute delay.
1st day - CV drop
2nd day - chit chat (some questions about my current job, hobby, preference etc) & scar declaration
3rd day - Final interview (scar declaration process again and final interview questions)

got a mail for online assessment after getting shortlisted, then i was being called to kolkata to attend the recruitment drive which was held in hotel at first i had to complete one english test after the our height and weight were checked then after that one on one interview was taken and after that some them proceeded to the final round
