I was originally scheduled for a final interview in-person for a remote position. Originally, Qatar was not willing to reimburse my travel expenses, but I agreed to the in-person interview anyway and secured transportation. 5 days before the interview my time slot was abruptly changed. 3 days before the interview, my time slot changed again and I was informed that the interview would be virtual and the following morning. I had to pay cancellation fees on my train fare that were not reimbursed. I agreed to the rescheduled time and format, but was feeling a little uneasy. The interview was not that great and I felt as though the responsibilities and candidate requirements shifted with each interview I attended. I was also never told the salary band for this role, only that there was no bonus structure. Although it seems like a respected company to work for, the interview process itself was unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Question 1
They basically quizzed me on Qatar Airways and asked really specific and technical questions on how I would approach certain account management scenarios.
Interviewed people through 3rd party company and hired alot of people for very low salaries and manipulated the whole market, there should be no 3rd party hiring from a company of this status

Question 1
what does the words customer service representative mean to ypu?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Qatar Airways (Manila, Manila) in Sep 2022
Interview
We were like 300+ in the room, queuing was fast. Got there at 9am, finished by 11am. Overall, the questions really depend on the interviewer's mood. Some of the interviewers really looked serious but they're actually nice. some got their pink slip, some got green slips. Got mine in green. Can't wait to hear again from them soon.
