Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company. Had to set aside 2h and 30 min in the middle fo the day, then the inteviewers did not join the call or communicated they won't be joining. Only the first one attended. Afterwards, no one showed up, no communication or follow up, just ghosted.
Had a phone call with a recruiter from their office. It was very conversational, and he seemed to make a concerted effort to understand me instead of just my skills.

Interview
Overall a great interview process. I applied online and was quickly contacted by a recruiter who I had a ~30 minute chat with. They followed up about a week later asking to schedule a technical interview. The technical interview involved 4 different interviews - 1) Coding 2) Systems Design 3) Product 4) Culture. Everyone was great and seemed genuinely nice.
