i have applied though my college placements and first round is aptitude and then group discussion and got selected after Personal interview round the process is medium level not to hard or not to easy.

GD and HR round they look into your logical solution providing mindset
In the end the company offered me a 3 months of free training and assured to provide placement opportunity when I graduate.
