Casual and informative interview over video. Plan of action for additional interviews/meetings put in place. We discussed the firm as a whole, individual offices, file load, financial and business structure.

I had my interview with managing partner of firm and office manager. Both were very respectful and considerate. It lasted about thirty minutes. There is a background check if you receive an offer.

Met with 2 partners who asked basic questions about experience and the requirements of the open position. It was a fairly quick meeting. Didn’t hear from them again, not even to say I didn’t get the job. Should have appreciated some feedback as to why I wasn’t selected.
