You meet with Human Resources and the hiring manager through a video call. It is a series of interviews before an offer is made. Once the offer they are willing to give you time to decide on accepting the offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at QBE (Marblehead, MA)
Interview
First was a phone call with a recruiter. Next was a one on one zoom interview with a manager. Final round was a panel interview on zoom with multiple managers, recruiters and possible execs
