Interview
Informal, not well structured, led by a small panel, with no one present who would actually know what I do. Presentation/exercise demonstration, follow up on salary expectations done in a phone call.

Prior experience, an example of my work, some attempts at structured competency interview that were not good.
Initial chat with presentation delivery of own choosing. Meet with the lead trainer for the course and discussed knowledge skills and experience. There was only 1 interview session, no need to do numerous jumping through hoops exercises.

Interview
Absolutely smooth a butter. The interviewer seemed really interested in you as a person. It did not feel like an interview at all. I was totally put at ease and felt I could be myself, rather than something else.
A recruitment agent calls and arranges a telephone appointment with an assessor. The assessor calls and ask about your experiences and arranges a face-to-face presentation if happy to progress you.
