This agency operates on a purely transactional basis, showing a disappointing disregard for both candidates and the long-term needs of their clients. The recruiters treat professionals as commodities rather than talent. Because their fee structure is success-based, their sole focus is rushing to close a placement for a commission, entirely abandoning the ethics of proper talent acquisition. The candidate experience is incredibly poor. In my experience, if a client decides not to move forward, candidates are dropped without any closure. There is no professional courtesy or basic decency to provide an application status update. Recruiters with this mindset belong in high-turnover sales or leasing, not executive search. By commodifying individuals, they do a disservice to their corporate clients, severely limiting the chances of finding the right long-term fit. From what I observed, they fail to deliver a professional, end-to-end recruitment process.
