The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PwC Canada (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2018
Interview
2 casual interviews with a director and a manager. Very casual to a point where it feels more like a coffee chat than an interview. However, I waited for 3 months to hear back from them after I finished my 2 rounds of interviews. I followed up regularly during that 3 months and was asked to go to the PwC for a coffee chat with the director again after a 3-month wait period. When I finally get to see the director again, he apologized for keeping me waiting for 3 months and offered me a job on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC Canada (Calgary, AB)
Interview
There were 4 stages to their hiring process for this particular position.
1. Submit online application, resume and cover letter.
2. One on one interview (mostly behavioural) with a director
3. One on one interview with a partner (mostly behavioural)
4. Group assessment in their office, this consisted of a group consulting case, group discussion, individual review, and a writing test.
Offer was made the same day as the group assessment.
Overall it was a great process, but make sure you do a great deal of preparation. Know about them and their competitors, have your STAR examples ready and try to be upbeat and funny!
Also be expected to be asked for more detail on every answer you give.
