I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Purplebricks (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Tiered and very professional. Started with a phone interview and ended with a face to face after talking with senior management. From start to finish all interviewers were prompt, and they covered the expectations of the position and what they would do with the candidate should they decide to offer them a position with the firm.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Purplebricks (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process is very friendly and conversational. There truly were no "wrong" answers. They want to see if you really love what you do. If not, you really should find that thing. Life is too short! Ok, back to it. lol.
Most "traditional" real estate offices/brokerages will accept anyone with a license. The ugly truth is, it's a numbers game for them. It costs the brokerage very little to hang your license with them, and when/if you sell something, they make all that back plus more on the commission split. PurpleBricks is VERY selective. You can expect to go through 3-5 interviews. But, it's worth it! Every sales associate here is committed, great customer service advocates.
