It was planned to be a process consisting of 4 or 5 interviews. First was with HR and second was with the hiring manager. You then meet with the head of the team and then Elizabeth herself. Everyone was really great, but I just wasn’t a good fit for the role.

I got a screening phone call and was told it would be a 3-part interview process if I were to move forward. The phone call was pleasant but I did not end up moving forward with the interviews.

Three rounds and one project that moved pretty swiftly compared to the processes at other companies. Final round entailed meeting the founder which was fun. HR was good at providing updates on process but not good at giving some pertinent details
