Meeting with CEO, other devs, and a designer.
A take home code test was also given to me to complete, which was simple enough.
Nice offices, in a decent location.
My skills and attitude were all there but probably didn't make the cut for being too old as all the staff are under 30.

Interview
Interview with team lead, another developer and a take-home test to complete in your own time. The test is not at all hard and I got excellent feedback. The salary they offer is below market, and they will advertise rates to recruiters and job boards that they do not offer. The company itself is nice with great benefits, but if you want to get paid market rates it's probably not the place for you.
