Applied online and a recruiter reached out a week or so later for an initial interview. I thought that was fairly standard, we discussed some past projects, the role and behavioral interview questions. One thing that stood out was that the recruiter refused to share a salary range which was odd. I got a response back another week later that they were not moving me to the next round. The role is still open on their website along with all the others for months so I am not sure if they are seriously looking to hire folks or just data farming.
