Super easy. A short phone call with no technical questions. They merely asked about my previous experience and trusted my answers. They provide no training and expect their contractors to already know what to do. You are not an employee you are a contractor. All they do is match you with people who need repairs. Just like how uber matches drivers with people who need rides.

Question 1
The one thing they stressed was that I would be doing repair with absolutely no reference material. You can't exactly pull up youtube in front of a customer who expects you to be an expert. So the question was "How comfortable are you doing repairs in an unfamiliar location with zero reference materials?"
