I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pula (Bamako) in Jun 2023
Interview
The process took me around 9 weeks. I have been successful at every stage. When I reached the final interview with their CEO, he proposed a contract of consulting with only 2 months (which is really weird because wasting 9 weeks for a just a contract a 2 months is not motivating at all). In addition to that they will ask you to connect them with your relationships as part of the recruiting process which is not normal at all because they can connect with them in the future without you. I kindly would like to warn every candidate for a commercial position role in any country to be careful with this agritech company. Based on my experience with them I believe they just use you to canvas relationships with different institutions for them then they will provide no offer at the end. Once again, be careful with Pula. They look very professional but inside it is something else… am very happy to exchange with them.. because I learnt a lot about agriculture insurance.

Question 1
What was your biggest pitch ever delivered What is your super power Have you ever been ghosted Have you ever dropped a deal
A long process but worth it. I loved the assessment center. Gave me room to know more about the company culture, the team and the management. I definitely made new friends.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Pula (Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam) in Jun 2024
Interview
Long and uncertain. demands detailed information of contacts and once you give them they don't get back to you with a simple yes or you didn't make it answer. Its like they ignore you but run you through a process that they do not appreciate nor value your time but theirs.
